Privacy policy

Last updated August 2026

This policy describes how LeJeune Home Services Group (“we,” “us”) handles information on this website and through advertising forms, including Meta lead ads. It is written in plain language as a starting point. It is not legal advice.

Who we are

LeJeune Home Services Group generates homeowner inquiries (roofing first, in Louisiana) and connects qualified inquiries with approved local contractors. Contractors pay for those opportunities. We are not a data broker: we do not sell lists of people as a product separate from connecting a homeowner with a service provider.

Contact: [email protected]. We operate in Louisiana.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or medical information on these forms.

How we use information

We do not use homeowner inquiry information to build a list that we sell to unrelated third parties.

How we share information

If you are a homeowner who submitted a request, we share the details needed to follow up — typically your name, contact information, location, and project answers — with the contractor selected for that opportunity. That contractor then handles the conversation about their services.

We may also share information with vendors who process it for us (for example, hosting, email, or the advertising platform that collected the form), and if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Advertising platforms such as Meta have their own privacy policies for data they collect on their apps and sites.

We are not a data broker

We do not sell personal information in the sense of trading contact lists as our product. Information from a lead form is used to connect you with a contractor or to respond to your own business inquiry. If a future law treats sharing with a contractor as a “sale” or “share” for advertising, we will update this policy and any required notices.

Ads and cookies

This site does not currently install a Meta Pixel or other advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy. Ads you see on Meta or other networks are governed by those companies’ tools and settings, including any “Why am I seeing this?” controls.

Retention

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to deliver the opportunity, handle questions or disputes, and meet record-keeping needs, then delete or de-identify it when it is no longer required. Exact periods may vary; ask us if you need a specific request handled sooner.

Your choices

You may email [email protected] to ask what information we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will need enough detail to find the record. If your information was already sent to a contractor, you may also need to contact that company directly.

You can refuse optional cookies in your browser. You can also use platform tools (for example Meta’s ad settings) to limit ads.

If you are a California or other-state resident with statutory privacy rights, email us to exercise them. We will not discriminate against you for asking.

Children

These services are for adults arranging property work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the relevant standard).

Security and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, but no website is perfectly secure. We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be posted here.

This policy is a conservative starting draft for website and lead-ad use. Counsel should review it before ads go live, before a pixel is installed, and before any contractor agreement is signed.
