Process

From agreement to a name you can call.

Six short steps. You remain responsible for the estimate, the work, and the relationship with the homeowner.

  1. You agree to receive work in a market

We talk through territory, trade (roofing first), volume you can actually follow up on, and the qualification standard. If both sides agree, you are approved to receive opportunities. This website is not that agreement.

  2. We advertise to local homeowners

Paid ads — Meta, to start — invite homeowners in the market to request an estimate or inspection. Creative and targeting are ours. The homeowner is not buying from us; they are asking for a contractor.

  3. The homeowner opts in

They submit contact information and a few project questions (ownership, type of need, timing, location). Submitting a form is a request, not a booked appointment and not a quote.

  4. We qualify quickly

We review the inquiry against the agreed screen: reachable contact, property ownership or authority, a real roofing need, and timing that is not purely idle. Inquiries that fail the screen are not billed as qualified opportunities.

  5. You receive the exclusive opportunity

If it qualifies, it is sent to you alone — name, phone, email, location, and the answers they gave. Speed of your follow-up is still what the homeowner notices.

  6. You take it from there

Call, inspect, estimate, decline, or close. We do not sit in on the job. You pay for the qualified opportunity, not for the outcome of that conversation.
